I am a Career Coach and Trainer with over 30 years experience in the field.

My style of working is flexible and wide-ranging.My interest is in helping you find the appropriate context within which your aspirations, talents and skills make sense. My intuitive and creative approaches are grounded by an acute sense of realism.  I will enourage and supported you in the process of finding and articulating your inner voices and enthusiams and converting these into actions.  As an experienced coach and mentor I  can use the benefit of over 30 years experience in the private, financial and public sector to help you explore your options in a safe and supportive environment and to help you find the right outlets for your unique skills and talents.

My professional experience includes 5 years in the Institute of Public Administration, 10 years in Irish Life in Staff Development and over 15 years a freelance consultant, author, trainer and coach. I am the author of three books on career matters and have written many other articles and papers.
