It’s the Simplest way to grow your business- just return those calls!
I am surprised by the number of people who say to me, as if it doesn’t happen very often, “but you returned my call?”.
To which my response has always been:” but we always return everybody’s calls, it’s only basic courtesy”.
What disturbs me is that, nowadays, returning the call seems to be the exception rather than the rule. Mind you, I have my own list of people who should have returned my calls, but that’s another story.
After many years of looking for one – I now have a real USP:
“we return your call”.
