When at first you don’t succeed at your interview – what happens next?
It is so nice when somebody comes back to tell you how they got on after interview and career coaching. I had a nice note from someone today who came first on their interview panel – it was a well-earned success.
Sometimes the news isn’t good or what the client expected and although that can be tough it can be a basis on which to build following proper feedback and support. Disappointment then gives way to meaningful reflection following by properly direction and reapplication to the process; this then leads to the successful results.
“It’s not failing that matters – we all fail. It’s what happens next that matters.”
